Hailed as the Canadian version of Spinal Tap, Hard Core Logo won numerous Canadian awards. If you’re living around the Toronto area there’s a chance to see the film and the director, Bruce McDonald, at a screening (more info here). Hard Core Logo was picked up by Quentin Tarantino as part of his unfortunately short-lived Rolling Thunder Pictures home video series. Of course if you’re not located in Toronto, picking up the Rolling Thunder Pictures DVD of this mockumentary, or should I say rockumentary, is a similarly good way of seeing what that fuzz was all about.
