Inglorious Bastards as long as Pulp Fiction

If in doubt, consult Anne Thompson, or so a popular proverb might say. With all the jibber-jabber about how long Inglorious Bastards will be, whether it will be split like Kill Bill and how many screenplay revisions there might have been from a gazillion pages to a few hundred pages, well, she writes in her blog that when she talked to him at the Warren Beatty AFI gala (he got the lifetime achievement award, rightly so I say) “how long the pic would be”, Quentin Tarantino told her that “he’s aiming to deliver the movie at Pulp Fiction length (154 minutes).” There you have it. And i certainly think that’s what would do the project best. Thanks Anne for making my day!
