Character in Reservoir Dogs played by Lawrence Tierney. Joe Cabot is the father of Nice Guy Eddie Cabot. He was the one who organized the diamond heist. He has at least some connection to all of the thieves. He is killed by Mr. White in the Mexican standoff at the end of the movie.
