Basterds pictures on a lazy Saturday afternoon

Yours truly is back in action with a new laptop and an Ikea couch to rule the world from (or take a nap on, more likely). To put this into perspective, the last week has seen Quentin on American Idol, an extended clip with new footage and a few more articles and newspaper coverage of Inglourious Basterds. Personally, I am annoyed with the fact that it is very hard to get your hands on magazines and newspapers if you happen to live outside that publication’s area of news-stand reach. Hence the following: There is a new feature in Entertainment Weekly that I don’t want to withhold from you. You can view it (and the pictures from Vanity Fair while we’re at it) in our Inglourious Basterds pictures section of THE ARCHIVES (yes the part of Tarantino.info that is actually so overwhelmingly huge that some people sometimes forget it even exists and constitutes the core part of this website). On a sidenote, Eli Roth (who’s smashing heads in Basterds) plans to bring Thanksgiving to the big screen, all meat will be carved (MTV)! And there’s a preview of the amazingness that will be the Sin City BluRay release (click). So enjoy these pictures, and stay tuned. In case you haven’t seen it yet, here’s the higher-res American Idol footage for your repeated viewing pleasure as hosted on our YouTube channel (make sure you click the HQ button to see it in better quality):
