Trivia:
- During production of Kill Bill, the actors would say "hi Sally" when fouling up a take. A "hi Sally" gag-reel is rumored to be included on a future Kill Bill DVD release.
- A "Hi Sally" gag reel is featured on the Death Proof DVD.
