1. NO advertising for commercial sites etc. NO advertising for personal or commercial profit (no ebay links, etc).

2. Language: The default language to use is ENGLISH except Forum-topics that are specially created for other languages, our International sections.
3. Do NOT insult people, especially the webmaster. No harrassment, no making-fun-of, no stalking, no dissing, no calling names. Please be polite. You are our guest here, and we wish that you behave as such.
4. This is a free world, you can have your own opinion. Freedom of speech is granted, only FEW words will be censored to avoid legal trouble. The board is not censored except contents prohibited by these rules. Everyone entering this Forum states that he is old enough to be in there.
5. NO off-topic postings. Please always post your content into fitting topics. Wrong posted topics will be corrected, deleted or moved. Please use the search function to find information or correct topics. Consider child boards.
6. NO huge text posting. NO posting of big interviews, articles, reviews, scripts etc.. Link to it, or tell the webmaster to include the text at the website and have it linked. You can also attach text files if you have a higher rank
7. The administrator and the "tech nerd" (that person is the administrator's associate and technical advisor) have ALL power. He can delete/modify/move/censor posts/threads/topics without telling you. The administrator can KICK and BAN any member at will - after one warning - if he finds him guilty of breaking all these rules here. The administrators actions are not to be questioned. Members have the right to complain about moderators' actions.
8. The forum (as well as
www.tarantino.info) are a FREE service. Registering is required to post in the forum. Your submitted personal and official information will be used for: password retrieval purposes, contacting and communicating. They will be held confident and will not be forwarded to third-party elements. We can not guarantee the technical security of this software, we can only guarantee that WE will handle your information strictly confident. You can hide your email adress from being viewed by anyone except the admin.
9. AVOID one-word postings such as "yes, you're right" or "no, i don't think so" to save forum space.... Please dont add any line breaks after your last word in a post. Please dont post several posts in a row, use the modify tool to edit your posts.
10. Don't break the law of any country, (e.g. tell someone to kill somebody). DO NOT BREAK INTERNATIONAL LAWS. This website is located in Germany. German law applies especially. Also European Union law.
11. No racism/fascism tolerated. Racist posters will be kicked and banned. Racist remarks deleted. I will not tolerate xenophobic attitude, or content. It is especially forbidden to use any anti-semitic content or symbols referring to racist/facist or national-socialist content (e.g. swastikas, white power etc...). We live in a free, international, multi-cultural world. If you dont realize this, you are not welcome here.
12. Every board-member HAS TO read this rules, they can be changed by the webmaster (Sebastian Haselbeck, admin) any time without notification. Members can make suggestions and submit corrections. It is recommended that members read also the FAQs provided and the HELP files.
13. Every registered member should customize his profile to create a better community. Try to have your own special picture, nickname, quote and signature. Copying other user's data is not allowed.
14. The FORUM FAQ as well as the included HELP-file serves as technical help file for problems with the board
15. The admistrator's action shall not be questioned. By signing up, you're on our turf. Behave!
-----15. a) unruly behaviour against the administrator, corruption of administrator's technical actions and sabotage are dealt with kicking or banning
16. IT IS NOT ALLOWED to open new topics if there are already topics that are of the same or similar subject. It is your duty as forum member to LOOK FIRST if there's already such a topic and THEN open another one if such a subject hasn't yet been mentionend. If in doubt, contact the administrator or moderator, use the search tool. We'll gladly help you out.
17. Pornography / nudity: We tolerate posting of pictures that contain nudity.
--NOT allowed are the following:
a) pictures that show the crotch or expose male or female genitals.
b) pictures or animations showing sexual actions.
c) homosexuality, bestiality etc
Generally: Everything above belt-line and below thighs is allowed, as well as distanced front or back views. Pictures or posts containing pornographic content will be deleted if not necessarily connected to a relevant movie-related topic. German law applies.
The administrator decides in special cases
18. Signatures: The users are allowed to use pictures in their signatures if they are conform to board rules. Signature pictures should be less than 70 pixels of height and 450 pixels width.
---18 b)Avatars: Users are allowed to use provided or self-included pictures for their avatars if conform to board rules and if they don't exceed the size of 80 by 80 pixels
19. Issues not covered by these board rules are a matter of decision by the owner of this website, i.e. the administrator. He is the person with last decision, please also contact the administrator if there are questions regarding the enforcement and interpretation of these rules
