Tarantino to attend Huading Awards and Lumiere Film Festival

Hot on the heels of our exclusive revelation of Quentin Tarantino’s top favorite movies of 2013 (so far, alphabetical), we want to give you a heads up what the auteur is up to next. We’re sorry to say that no, we don’t know what movie he’s doing next. What we do know, is that Quentin will be jetting to and from a few very cinematic events this month, so keep your eyes peeled at those news and entertainment sites for some pictures (we’ll be on vacation the next two weeks).

On Tuesday, October 8, Quentin will be attending the 10th Hauding Awards in Macao. The awards show hosted at the former Portuguese colony is currently being produced by Don Mischer. Mischer previously produced the Superbowl and the Oscars, and he will bring some glitz to the casino town. Click here to read a few things about that.

Towards the middle of the month (we’ve mentioned that earlier this fall), Quentin will get honored at the Lumiere Film Festival in Lyon, France. Quentin’s Pulp Fiction will actually close the festival on October 20th, which sold out a whopping 4600 seats for the event. Aside from Quentin, among the other stars in attendance will be Tim Roth.
