Euro-sex as a goodbye to the Alamo

First off, let me say sorry that I haven’t gotten around to transcribing more of my Grindhouse interviews. I’m leaving the country in 3 weeks and all the partying has gotten into the way of working. I’ll finish the stuff next week, I promise.

Also, let me emphasize that while I am a lover and admirer of exploitation films, cult films and whatever great forms of cinema out there,  it pales in comparison to what the occasional Austinite gets to watch at the Alamo Drafthouse (our wiki has info on the QT Film fests HERE ), which as far as I am informed will close down soon (temporarily?) . Quentin Tarantino was there recently to host a Euro-Sex-Comedies marathon as a personal goodbye of some sort, and without further blathering I want to invite you to follow THIS LINK to head over to good ol’ Harry’s AICN to read his full review of the event.
